Damage / Defective

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact @mimosabotanical@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will correct the mistake right away.

Shipping Time

If Order Confirmation:

  • Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive a receipt and invoice.

Shipping Process:

  • As soon as your item is prepared and submitted for shipping, we provide you with a tracking number.

Delivery Time

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days(If you place an order after 9am EST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday).

  • All in-stock products typically arrive within 2-5 business days, in addition to the 1-3 business day order processing.

  • Larger and bulk orders may require 5-7 business days, in addition to the 1-3 business day order processing.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary shipping for domestic orders over $75.

Order Not Received

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation email. If you have received a delivery email but have not received your order, it is possible your package was scanned but is still on the truck for delivery. Please wait 3 business days, and if you haven't received your order, contact us at mimosabotinical@gmail.com

Incorrect Address

Anytime an order is shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, we'll replace the order ASAP. If you supply the incorrect address at checkout and it is returned to us, we can re-ship the item for the standard shipping fee. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to replace orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses given at checkout.

Lost Packages

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Since we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
